We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us and we will happily assist you in exchanging it for the same item. If you would like to exchange an item because the size you ordered doesn’t fit properly, simply place a new order online and send the original back by requesting an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not issue refunds.
To request a exchange, please email us at email@example.com and include your order number with the item(s) you would like to exchange. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
