FAQ

 Q: What is the sizing?

A: Sizing will be in the products description.

 

Q: What is the processing time?

A: All orders are processed and shipped out within 1- 3 business days.

- Business Operation: Monday - Friday

- We do not cancel order after they have been processed.

- Double check that the address on your order is correct to avoid any delays. 

 

Q: What is the shipping policy?

A: Please contact your local USPS office with any shipping related questions you may have before contacting EFFERVESCENT COLLECTIVE LLC.

 

Q: What are considered NON - EXCHANGEABLE items?

A: - Items purchased with discounted promo codes.

     - White clothing are final sale

     - Bodysuits are final sale

     - Accessories are final sale

     - All exchanges are final sale

 

Q: What is your return policy? 

 A: Only regular priced items are eligible for exchanges/store credit.

 

 We allow our merchandise to be returned for store credit only. 

Please note that all accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE. 

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days of your order date. If 21 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning unworn, unwashed, no makeup or deodorant stains, no perfume scent and no pet hair. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If we receive the item used or not in the same condition as when you received it, your return will be rejected and you will not be issued any store credit.

To request a return, please email us at sales@effervescentcollectitve.com and include your order number with the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond within 1-2 business days. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend  using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For returns please email: sales@effervescentco.com

 

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us and we will happily assist you in exchanging it for the same item. If you would like to exchange an item because the size you ordered doesn’t fit properly, simply place a new order online and send the original back by requesting an exchange. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not issue refunds.

 

Q: What if my package was stolen or lost?

A: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All lost/stolen packages are liability of USPS after they leave our premises.
