Only regular priced items are eligible for exchanges/store credit.
We allow our merchandise to be returned for store credit only.
Please note that all accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE.
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your order date. If 14 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning unworn, unwashed, no makeup or deodorant stains, no perfume scent and no pet hair. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If we receive the item used or not in the same condition as when you received it, your return will be rejected and you will not be issued any store credit.
To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number with the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
